Was Dich erwartet:

• Du entwickelst als Senior Expert IT Application Management (Kafka DevOps) (m/w/d) eine Strategie zum Betrieb der von dir verantworteten BSS-Systeme und -Prozesse, um die Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.
• Du evaluierst Technologietrends und bewertest deren Einsatz, um die Entwicklung für die Zukunft der Systeme zu beeinflussen.
• Du initiierst und setzt Projekte um durch die Erstellung von Architekturvorschlägen und Anforderungsdokumenten, die Berechnung des Business Case und die Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Freigaben in den Boards.
• Du berätst das Business zur Nutzung und optimalen Steuerung der mit den Systemen verbundenen Geschäftsprozesse.
• Du stellst die Einhaltung der vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsrichtlinien für die verantworteten Applikationen, Systeme und Plattformen sicher – durch Analyse von Zugriffen und Berechtigungen sowie Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
• Du unterstützt gezielt die Anwender:innen und die Unternehmensziele.
• Du vertrittst regelmäßig die Abteilung in unterschiedlichen internen Gremien und bei Partner:innen zur Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Prozessänderungen.
• Du unterstützt aktiv die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der von Fulfillment- und Serviceeinheiten genutzten Abwicklungstools.

Was Dich auszeichnet:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Betrieb komplexer Systemlandschaften.
• Umfassendes Prozess- und IT-Know-how in der Telekommunikation.
• Erfahrung in interkultureller Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit.
• Verhandlungssicherheit im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern (auch international).
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.

What to Expect:

• You as a Senior Expert IT Application Management (Kafka DevOps) (m/f/d) develop a strategy for operating the BSS systems and processes under your responsibility to achieve business objectives.
• You evaluate technology trends and assess their use to influence future system development.
• You initiate and implement projects by creating architecture proposals and requirement documents, calculating the business case, and preparing decision templates for board approvals.
• You advise the business on the use and optimal management of business processes linked to the systems.
• You ensure compliance with prescribed security policies for the applications, systems, and platforms under your responsibility by analyzing access and permissions and implementing corrective measures.
• You provide targeted support to users and company objectives.
• You regularly represent the department in various internal committees and with partners to coordinate and implement process changes.
• You actively support the maintenance and further development of processing tools used by fulfillment and service units.

What Sets You Apart:

• Completed technical or industrial engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in operating complex system landscapes.
• Comprehensive process and IT know-how in telecommunications.
• Experience in intercultural communication and collaboration.
• Negotiation skills when dealing with customers, suppliers, and service providers (including internationally).
• Fluent English, spoken and written (C1 according to CEFR).

This position can be full-time or near full-time part-time (minimum 30 hours).
