Role Purpose/Business Unit:
By working closely with the Product teams, identify and recommend innovative payment methodologies and solutions that best fit requirements and needs of VodaPay customers.
Ensures delivery of solution within scope, budget and schedule.
To perform business analysis and process engineering by assessing the business concept and objective in terms of feasibility, impact and cost.
To ensure that user requirements and processes within the Payments business unit is documented, developed and delivered and get involved in designing optimal solutions including process optimization that meets the objectives of the business portfolio.
To provide critical input to the team around latest payment and Fintech trends and developments, thereby guiding the development of new products and capabilities.
Documenting of User Stories and test scenarios.
Sign-off on all UAT performed before deployment to production environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supports the Payments product owner in the formulation of initiatives by determining problems and identifying business needs to ensure that the business needs are aligned to the business strategic and tactical goals.
To document and manage changes to requirements throughout the project life cycle by capturing requirement attributes and building a traceability matrix.
Identify the risks related to changes in requirements, determine the impact those risks may have on the ability to deliver benefits, and recommends actions to mitigate risks where possible.
To ensure effective communication and liaison with all stakeholders.
Is involved in testing and training to ensure solutions developed meet the business requirements and quality standards.
Provide leadership and coaching to the team on process, design and business analysis principles.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Matric or equivalent (essential).
3 year diploma/degree, (IT / Business / engineering) (desirable).
Certification in Business Analysis (essential).

A minimum of 5 years Business Analysis and Process Engineering experience within the International Remittance industry (essential) with exposure to:
Mobile Money (e-Money)
Banking/Forex
Tax
UAT Testing experience
Project Management
Product Management
