About this Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Scrum Master to coach and lead virtual teams in agile and lean practices, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes for the Solstice programme—a transformation initiative integrating legacy systems for Vodafone Germany. This role involves guiding teams through the full product lifecycle, resolving cross-team challenges, and fostering trust between distributed onshore and offshore teams. The individual will also drive continuous improvement, enforce high-quality standards, and optimise processes for productivity and performance.
What you will do
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and System Demos.
- Resolve external dependencies and unblock delivery challenges.
- Own execution plans for agreed products, including configuration, development, and testing phases.
- Ensure clarity on priorities, targets, and design requirements for high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and report on quality across design, documentation, implementation, and testing.
- Promote constructive communication between onshore and offshore teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimise processes for better performance.
Who you are
- Proven experience in SAFe methodology (mandatory).
- Strong background in system integration across IT domains (applications, data, testing, deployment, operations, infrastructure).
- Skilled in managing international, multi-cultural, and distributed teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Agile certification and project management experience required; AWS certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery, Integration, Testing, and cloud-based solutions.
