About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional with strong configuration expertise and hands-on experience in integration development between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA environments. This role is suited to an individual who can contribute to end-to-end solution design, support complex HR technology initiatives, and help deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across development, rollout, enhancement, and data migration projects. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across multiple technical domains is essential.

What you’ll do

  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Deliver interface developments, system enhancements, custom reports, and data migration activities.
  • Prepare functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts, and related project documentation.
  • Support the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions and cross-domain integrations.
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, operations, and business teams to define and implement solution designs.
  • Support API design and integration initiatives aligned with the technology roadmap.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, prioritisation, and translation of roadmap requirements into solution designs and non-functional requirements.
  • Help ensure compliance with security, privacy, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and support operational, quality, security, and performance requirements for solutions.
  • Convert business requirements into technical user stories and support solution delivery through Agile methodologies.
  • Promote re-use of existing components and participate in solution validation and acceptance activities.
  • Contribute to development projects, global rollouts, and data migration programmes across all project phases.
  • Perform additional job-related responsibilities as required by business priorities and project objectives.

Who you are

•Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
•Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
•Sound knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integration development.
•Experience with interface development, enhancements, reporting, and data migration tools.
•Understanding of cross-functional solution architecture, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
•Familiarity with security, privacy, compliance, and operational requirements within enterprise systems.
•Experience working on development, rollout, and data migration projects across the full project lifecycle.
•Proven capability to work in Agile delivery environments.
•Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to analyse complex requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
