Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Solution Product Owner to join our SaaS Product team and play a key role in the commercial and operational management of our Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace solutions for enterprise customers.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Presales, Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to support the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from opportunity qualification and pricing through order fulfillment, renewals, and post-sales activities. You will contribute to the commercial success of the SaaS portfolio by preparing competitive pricing, coordinating commercial operations, supporting product profitability, and helping deliver a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace licensing, enjoys working in a cross-functional environment, and is passionate about delivering value to both customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace solutions for enterprise customers.
• Prepare pricing, quotations, and commercial proposals in alignment with business objectives and vendor programs.
• Contribute to monitoring product profitability by tracking commercial performance and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Sales and Presales teams to support customer opportunities and maintain alignment on the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate commercial activities throughout the sales lifecycle, including quotation preparation, licensing, order processing, renewals, and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Operations, and Customer Success teams to help ensure a smooth customer onboarding and lifecycle experience.
• Execute day-to-day commercial operations related to SaaS subscriptions, licensing, renewals, and vendor programs while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation, licensing records, and operational reports.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace licensing, pricing, and program updates, and share relevant information with internal teams.
• Prepare reports and analyses on pricing, pipeline, renewals, and commercial performance to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience through process enhancements.

Core competencies and Qualifications

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, commercial operations, or solution management within the IT, cloud, or SaaS industry.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace licensing programs.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Modern Workplace products, including licensing and commercial activities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to manage product profitability and business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and supporting B2B sales engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-900)
