What you’ll do

•Management on reward strategy / compensation framework that positions VF Turkey as the chosen employer for employees and communicate the same to ensure that all employees understand the employee value proposition from total reward perspective.
• Management of annual reward review and performance bonus systems.
• Work with Region and Global Centers of Expertise to establish yearly strategy and short term agenda for Reward & Recognition, implement relevant broad-banding, pay management, GSTIP, LTI, share plan and benefits (health/life/pension) policies, standards and frameworks.
• Perform operational Reward & Recognition activities (e.g.: salary studies for new hires around +500annually, salary restructuring for internal hires – Red Experience)
• Participate in definition of senior-level reward arrangements, as appropriate, and build understanding, skill-sets and competencies in Reward & Recognition within the HR and Line Manager communities
• Design and implement specific initiatives completing “market ready” programs which are Reward &Recognition-led, within the overall Global, Region and local HR roadmap
• Quarterly review and improve benefit programs and take proactive actions to keep our competitive position in the market
• Oversee employee benefit program responsibilities by directing the administration of the group health insurance and life insurance plans.
• Govern VF Recognition programs by consolidating proposed candidates and arranging committee meetings to identify the heroes.
• Develop and implement policies on human resources related topics falling under reward and recognition scope.
• Supports the Human Resource team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help with/influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
• Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
• Manage all data Mining and trends analysis, data visualization, external benchmarking, pattern analysis and driving intelligence from the data for management reporting and follow ups trends and brings proactive solutions
• Act as the Data Steward of HR Department and creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
• Create and compile reports and statistics for HR function and responsible for HR Analytics and Scorecards.
• Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
• Develop statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions. Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis.
• Works closely with HR Business Partners to provide appropriate advisory services for Headcount and employment cost management.
• Continuous business partnering to drive cost conscious culture within Company.

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience in reward, compensation , analytics or related fields, with proven ablitiy to shape and execute strategic reward initiatives
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience , demonstrating strong leadership, team development and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A curious, resilient and authentic leader
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits management & incentive system design
• Data Management experience – experience with HR Data is a plus
• Excellent Project management & Problem solving skills
