Role Purpose
To generate revenue for the store through connections, contracts for both data and Voice, repairs and managing employees in the store.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise employees in Retail Stores.
- Supervise daily operations of the store
- M-pesa management
- Handle and resolve higher level customer queries, inquiries, complaints and requests.
- To provide periodical reports covering progress on service quality measures.
- Renewal of operating licences.
Competencies
- Skills in sales and product promotion
- Excellent communication skills both in Sesotho and English
- Supervisory and analytical skills
- Ability to train and develop skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience in telecommunications, especially in customer care will be preferable
• Two years’ work experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• A valid driver’s license with a minimum of two year driving experience.
• Knowledge of Billing system will be an added advantage
