About this role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives within APA & ICO under VOIS Finance Services. This role focuses on driving process improvements, standardising procedures, and ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting. The individual will manage projects, enhance policy frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and transformation.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Drive process standardisation and automation to improve financial reporting accuracy.
- Review and update process documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with roadmap changes.
- Collaborate with PGT teams to maintain accurate process representation in ARIS/Signavio.
- Support strategic programmes like FOCUS to ensure finance transformation objectives are achieved.
- Build strong relationships with shared services, group functions, and local markets.
Who you are
- Experienced professional with over 8 years in finance, preferably with APA/ICO exposure.
- Holds a university degree; postgraduate qualifications such as CA, CWA, or MBA are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
- Results-oriented with proven experience in managing and leading projects.
