What you’ll do
The purpose of this role is to lead projects related to enterprise fixed services delivery (SDWAN, IP VPN, leased lines, Internet access, Fixed Voice, etc.) for corporate and public-sector customers, in accordance with contract specifications and agreed timelines.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate all activities required for the on-time delivery of services to Enterprise customers.
- Ensure end-to-end alignment and efficient information flow among all technical and commercial stakeholders to achieve high-quality implementation and an optimal customer experience.
- Liaise with Enterprise customers to organize the technical implementation based on contractual requirements and keep them informed about all project aspects.
- Combine technologies with customer needs to implement cost-effective solutions and provide viable alternatives in challenging situations.
Who you are
Core competencies & qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing technical project implementations within a matrix environment.
- Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Very good knowledge of fixed and mobile data services (SDWAN, IP VPN, FWA, Internet Feed, etc.), relevant equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, PBXs, etc.), as well as networking fundamentals.
- Ability to lead internal and external stakeholders to successfully drive delivery.
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform under strict deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in managing or coordinating complex projects.
