What you’ll do

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating a superior digital experience on Vodafone.ro.

You will translate business vision and goals into clear requirements and manage the product backlog to ensure value creation for the business.

You will work closely with the delivery team and Scrum Master to release high-quality products on time, balancing the need for new features with addressing technical debt.

Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will also participate in squad ceremonies and contribute to the Agile community of practice within the company.

Who you are

  • Good team player with strong social skills for close collaboration
  • Strong coaching skills and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
  • Experience in or with a digital marketing function is a plus
  • Keen eye for details and ability to translate customer needs into stories and flows
  • Organized with strong analytical skills, results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Effective communication and working relationships at all levels
  • End-to-end experience from identifying business needs to execution
  • Ability to explain a vision to cross-functional teams
  • Proactive with a strong can-do attitude
  • Comfortable in problem-solving & decision-making
  • Degree in business administration, economics, or engineering
  • Experience in the telecommunication sector at marketing and/or commercial roles is a plus
  • Experience in a Product Owner role, preferably in an Agile environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge/experience of agile methodologies of digital project management
