The Product Owner for My Vodafone Web is responsible for the development and management of the new ONE Portal, positioning it as the primary digital interaction channel for Vodafone’s Enterprise customers. This role focuses on designing and evolving self-service functionalities for the SME and Large & Public segments, covering key areas such as Billing & Payments, Reporting, Workflows, Cost Centers & Charge Separation, User & Delegation Management, among others. Additionally, the Product Owner leads the development of My Vodafone Web as an aggregator portal for accessing digital hubs related to Beyond Connectivity products and services — including the SaaS Portal, Cyber Hub, Cloud Hub, SDN Hub, and more. The role also encompasses the design of Upgrade & Renewal journeys, integration with eShop and Clube Viva, customer lifecycle management, and the development of service monitoring and ticketing solutions. This position requires strategic vision and agile execution capabilities, ensuring the ONE Portal continuously evolves to meet the needs of enterprise customers, while driving operational efficiency, digital autonomy, and seamless integration within Vodafone’s broader digital ecosystem..

The Product Owner maximises value by delivering the vision and defining the epics and user stories to work on, owning, defining and prioritising the backlog of the squad and accepting deliverables at the end of each sprint. The Product Owner represents the business stakeholders and is the voice of the customer guiding an individual squad for a particular business purpose.

What you’ll do

  • Define the capabilities and journeys vision and coordinate with stakeholders;
  • Align with other Product Owners to maximize synergies and ensure journeys’ consistency across digital channels;
  • Focus the team on delivering business value in regular increments;
  • Works with business stakeholders to understand requirements, benefits and use cases and is able to split into smaller deliverables, such as user stories;
  • Develops the scope of the MVP, taking into account the life cycle of the customer;
  • Responsible for defining and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs as part of the quarterly business reviews (QBR) process;
  • Uses data to develop and define user stories and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap;
  • Identifies and articulates integration requirements with appropriate systems.
  • Contributes to the squad with relevant business/product knowledge in the development of tasks;
  • Prioritizes initiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously updates the backlog;
  • Participates in the sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements;
  • Approves the final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Works closely with analytics teams, in order to monitor and continuously improve results;
  • Engages stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspect of the capabilities’ development.

Who you are

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management, consulting, marketing or similar;
  • Preferably with previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce, online sales processes, and customer journey’s optimization, with focus on driving conversions and sales;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Able to tackle challenges, understand root causes and make informed decisions in order to deliver business impact;
  • Understands agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking) and applies agile ways of working. Is a role model of the agile mind-set and principles;
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
  • Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and a desire to self-develop;
  • Knowledge of Telco industry is a plus;
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Jira, Pega Marketing, React;
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
