What you’ll do

Responsible for the development, support, and lifecycle performance of products and services for Cloud (IaaS) in Portugal, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Group interactions. This role involves leading the rollout of global solutions into the market and supporting the go-to-market (GTM) activities roadmap and commercial activities of Vodafone Business (VB).
This position is crucial for accelerating the transition to global B&C products, creating and managing a consolidated VB blueprint while ensuring that a comprehensive Portuguese perspective is provided to global product and relevant group teams.

  • Lead the collaboration with Group Portfolio leads and Project stream owners on global program
  • Manage the deployment of B&C products in Portugal
  • Work and align with Global and local teams to understand CAPEX and delivery constraints, manage interdependencies between projects
  • Build trading view for governance, reporting and operating cadence, interlocking with Finance, Marketing, Commercial for VB and OPCO
  • Monitor and provide validated insight and advice on commercial initiatives via governance forums and drive interlock between local market product/commercial and global priorities
  • Assure products and services design to provide a good customer experience, as well compliance with legal, privacy and cybersecurity rules

Who you are

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Work experience in an IT/Cloud/Hosting/SI Sales position and/or Solutions Consultant preferred
  • Participate on Business Case process
  • Relationship management, influencing skills and contract negotiation experience
  • Market, Partner, Competitive and Technical knowledge of the proposition area concerned
  • B2B Product and Proposition Knowledge: Deep knowledge and understanding of products and features in Vodafone Business, Cloud, VCS and Backup as a Service, while being able to effectively differentiate our products and propositions from competition
  • Commercial Acumen in the B2B Environment: Strong commercial acumen within the B2B environment to enable effective commercial initiatives and targeting on B&C products
  • Experience of working within complex, international matrix environment: Experience of working in/with local markets and/or group functions to collectively deliver successful outcomes
  • Experience of working with multi-national stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong written and spoken communication Portuguese and English
