About this role

We are seeking a Platform Specialist to join our team at VOIS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex product configurations across mobile and landline systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain configuration solutions, while also supporting IT operations and ensuring seamless system performance. This is a key technical role that combines solution consulting, configuration lifecycle management, and second/third-level support.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and implement complex product configurations across multiple systems based on solution design documents.
  • Collaborate on the detailed design of product configurations and provide expert consulting for new initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation including configuration reports, change requests, and design materials.
  • Take end-to-end technical ownership of configurations across all relevant systems.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of product configurations and coordinate with IT operations to monitor system utilisation.
  • Configure control parameters for BSS and OSS systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.
  • Provide second and third-level support for IT operations and other departments, including error and log analysis.
  • Lead integration testing, user acceptance testing, and functional user testing activities.

Who you are

  • Strong knowledge of BSS and OSS systems.
  • Proficient in relational databases, SQL, and XML.
  • Proficient with scripting languages (mainly Perl, KSH, bash) and UNIX environments.
  • Previous experience in integration/configuration roles for CRM, ERP, marketing, or e-commerce systems.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex configurations within an agile team environment.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and both structured and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Committed to continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Organised, structured, and focused on priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
