Job Description

Your day to day:

As a Technical Platform Specialist at VOIS, you will join an international team dedicated to configuring, maintaining, and optimizing digital platforms to enhance customer experience and support internal operations. Your role will involve software integration, platform enhancements, data accuracy maintenance, and collaboration with various experts (product architects, technical designers, etc.) to ensure compliance with integration design blueprints and consistency with customer journeys and the broader technical landscape and technology strategy. Additionally, you will provide technical consultancy, training, and hands-on support for local markets and during partner integrations.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Maintain, configure, monitor, diagnose, and fine-tune digital platforms, including user permissions, settings, workflows, integrations, and data structures.
  • Implement and document enhancements, configurations, and system changes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in system workflows.
  • Utilize API integration, logging, tracing, auditing, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Apply knowledge of the software development life cycle, structured and agile process development methods, and industry best practices.
  • Leverage knowledge of SaaS/IaaS/PaaS cloud solutions, e-commerce platforms, digital channels, mobile/fixed telecom services, and mobile applications.
  • Excel in a distributed team model environment and provide input for impact analysis on other systems.
  • Provide accurate estimates (time & effort) for upcoming features based on specifications.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, API integration).
  • Experience with SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
  • Over 2 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, including database management and managing complex systems.
  • Experience in managing technical documentation (HLD, LLD, integration blueprints, rollout documents, configuration documents, etc.).
  • Agile experience (preferably Scrum or SAFe) and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with middleware technologies is a plus.
