About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building reliable cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and optimising performance. Based in Pune, the role involves designing and maintaining proactive monitoring solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS CloudWatch, while collaborating with SRE and development teams to ensure system stability and efficiency.

What you’ll do

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and monitoring solutions.
  • Automate infrastructure setup and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
  • Deploy Prometheus exporters and configure service discovery (Kubernetes, Consul).
  • Set up and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics collection.
  • Manage alert routing using Alertmanager and optimise Prometheus performance.
  • Handle incident, service request, and problem tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and document best practices.
  • Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and integrate test automation.

Who you are

  • Proficient in AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experienced in Grafana, Prometheus (including PromQL), AWS CloudWatch, SNS, SQS.
  • Skilled in scripting (Bash, Python, Go) and log aggregation tools (Loki, ELK, Splunk).
  • Familiar with Kubernetes monitoring tools (Kube-State-Metrics, cAdvisor).
  • Knowledge of Alertmanager and service discovery mechanisms.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Thanos, OpenTelemetry, and security best practices.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer engineering.
