About this Role
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical marketing operations professional to improve the efficiency, consistency and scalability of Portfolio Marketing. Based in Cairo, Egypt, the role brings together process improvement, performance reporting, budget administration, platform management and cross-functional coordination.You will enable Portfolio Marketers to focus on strategy and storytelling by reducing operational friction, translating performance data into actionable insights and establishing effective reporting practices. You will also act as the team’s main point of contact for The Marketing Hub, supporting its availability, security, performance, user experience and continued development.
What you’ll do
Track team performance measures and budgets, creating dashboards and regular reporting cycles that translate data into actionable insights.Own and maintain a single dashboard for team reporting, performance measures and results.identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Portfolio Marketing operations.Monitor adherence to agreed working practices, including Asana updates, project task structures, delivery standards and feedback collection.Produce monthly team reports and updates, presenting relevant findings to Portfolio Marketing leaders.Act as the team’s main point of contact for The Marketing Hub platform, overseeing day-to-day administration and coordinating with Myles Associates.Help maintain The Marketing Hub’s availability, security and performance, while supporting its continued development.Collaborate with The Marketing Hub customer experience lead to increase engagement and improve the platform’s user experience.Administer the team’s capital expenditure process.Work with Partner Relationship Managers and Finance to track Marketing Development Fund approvals and process payments.Contribute to executive reporting, including quarterly business review materials and leadership meeting presentations.Coordinate and track content production requests across third-party agencies.Organise the logistics for monthly team meetings, including room bookings and team rotas.
Who you are
You have 7 years+ proven experience in marketing operations, business operations or a related operational management role.You can analyse, interpret and summarise complex data, turning it into practical recommendations.You have advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, including data analysis, modelling, dashboard creation and data visualisation.You can use Microsoft Copilot effectively and create clear PowerPoint presentations for leadership audiences.You are organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.You take a proactive and collaborative approach to identifying problems, improving processes and challenging established ways of working.You understand marketing operations, performance measures and operational reporting.You have experience with budget tracking, capital expenditure processes or other financial workflows.You have designed or improved processes to increase operational efficiency.You have experience administering platforms or systems and can work effectively with technical stakeholders.You can build productive working relationships with Finance teams, business partners, external agencies and vendors.You communicate clearly in writing and in presentations, including with senior leadership audiences.You understand user experience principles and how they contribute to platform improvement.A project management certification is desirable.
