About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and optimise BPM applications that enhance process efficiency across the organisation. The individual will support incident, problem, and change management activities while contributing to continuous improvement, automation, and product quality uplift. This role will be based in Pune or Bangalore.
What you’ll do
Manage end‑to‑end incident and problem resolution within Pega ecosystems.
Contribute to cost‑saving and effort‑optimisation initiatives through automation-focused approaches.
Recommend enhancements to development practices, engineering standards, and tool adoption to improve product quality.
Diagnose issues, perform root‑cause analysis, implement fixes, and conduct unit testing independently.
Support deployment planning, documentation, SOP creation, and execution activities.
Monitor Pega applications using tools such as PDC and propose proactive improvement measures.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders by translating technical details into simple, non-technical language.
Who you are
CSSA certified with 2–5 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
Experienced in incident, problem, and change management at L2/L3 levels.
Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
Skilled in debugging, coding, root‑cause analysis, and unit testing.
Able to work independently while collaborating with senior developers for guidance.
Knowledgeable in SLA management, deployment execution, and technical documentation.
