About this role

We are seeking a Pega AOM Tester to ensure the delivery of high‑quality Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Always‑On Marketing (AOM) solutions. This role involves developing and executing robust testing strategies, validating end‑to‑end journeys, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of quality assurance practices in an Agile environment.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Pega AOM implementations.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and simulation testing to ensure reliability of Pega CDH solutions.
Perform detailed strategy testing and campaign simulations to validate decisioning logic.
Identify, document, and track defects using established tools and methodologies.
Maintain clear documentation of test coverage, results, and playback summaries for stakeholders.
Retest resolved defects, ensuring closure with quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development and operations, to resolve issues efficiently.
Carry out root‑cause analysis and recommend improvements based on findings.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Work effectively within Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups and sprint planning.
Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools, processes, and methodologies.
Stay informed about emerging trends in testing, automation, and Pega platforms.

Who you are

Experienced in Pega application testing, including end‑to‑end scenarios, API testing, and simulation testing.
Skilled in functional, regression, and performance testing for Pega CDH and AOM solutions.
Proficient with tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, DBeaver, JIRA, and Confluence.
Knowledgeable in Pega utilities including PAL, DB Trace, Profiler, Guardrail Tool, Unit Test, and Tracer.
Capable of documenting test scenarios with clarity and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Able to proactively identify issues and contribute to resolution.
Experienced in test automation practices.
Holds Pega Decisioning certification (or equivalent knowledge)
