Your place in the team

Planning, Developing and Deploying our PBX/IVR Network (Avaya Platform – CM/SM, AIC, AES, WFO, CMS/CA, IVR) under its responsibility, keep contact with suppliers and internal partners and organizations.

You will be involved in the following tasks
Collecting business requirements from Customer Care representatives and transfer to IVR solutions as an Architect/Planner/Designer based on actual trends and recommendations.
Follows the actual trends related to business, technical domains and sets up new concepts and presents it to stakeholders.
Capable of managing the required assignments and jobs independently, without any further assistance and gives status reports on each particular level.
Manages technical projects and performance analysis on daily basis on PBX/IVR Network elements.
Continuously checking and analyse the main KPI values for main elements to guarantee the good shape of NW elements. Organize the HW and SW upgrade, installation activities, execute those programs on regular basis.
Handling Planned Work activities, organize and manage configuration changes on NW elements on daily basis.
Execution of Acceptance Test in case of upgrade, integration programs. Activate new functionalities, new applications and services, do required configuration in strong cooperation with Business Partners.

Management of Core Network
-Ensure proper and timely engineering, design, testing, dimensioning and configuration of local PBX/IVR Platforms, including: Avaya Platform - CM/SM, AIC, AES, WFO, CMS/CA, IVR,

Cooperation with different internal and external business units
-General support of NWCS Teams and local business units
-Creating and analysing Technical Requirement Specification and High Level Design.
-Implementing technical solutions to realize Customer Care demands.
-Support operations team in daily troubleshooting, problem resolution.

•System specification, vendor selection, supplier liaison
-Follow-up and act according to new HW/SW versions and roadmaps
-Compiling Low Level Design and System Integration document.
-Vendor management during project delivery.
-Project coordination with vendors and project managers.

•PBX/IVR system integration
-Coordinate and perform integration work.
-Preparation of acceptance test documentation.
-Execute acceptance tests.
-Service documentation and handover to operations team.

•Acting as PBX/IVR Expert
-Technical strategic approach and strategic development.
-Long term technical solutions optimizing the costs and resources efficiency.
-Support of strategic decisions and budget planning.
-Support and coordination of complex technical development.
-Leading of technical projects and teams.
-Technical support and development of engineers.

We are looking for you if you have

-MSc. or BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
-3-5 years of experience in a related field, highly preferable with Avaya experience
-Good command in written and spoken English
-Fluent Hungarian
-Good knowledge on computer architectures
-Highly motivated, autonomous individual
-Broad overview of the NW and Services infrastructure, deep knowledge and experience in his/her specific technical area
-Ability to analyse and recover complex and serious incidents with high efficiency
-Excellent analytical skill, structured thinking and system approach
-Perform planned works and upgrades in test and in live networks

-Ability to professionally interact with a diverse project team, managers
-Effectively manage changes (environment and project)
-Good analytical and strategic skills and focus
-Proactive, can work individually but very good team player
-Able to synthesize complicated concepts and to simplify the complex issues
