Role purpose

In Digital & OSS Networks (DN&OSS) Operations Support Systems (OSS) is the neuralgic center to monitor the proper network and services functioning, to retrieve information about customers available to answer their questions or solve their problems, as well as to design, manage and synchronize the implementation of support on the network. The OSS Digital transformation is therefore a fundamental step to enable the company's transition towards complete digitalization. The OSS Simplification Program in DN&OSS is a wide program preparing and stepping in the OSS Digital Transformation, rationalizing legacy, simplifying processes, automating detection and recovery actions, cloudification and much more.

What you’ll do

The candidate, as part of a small and dynamic team in DN&OSS LPM Transformation & Automation, will be a key member of the OSS Simplification program governance, responsible for overseeing the delivery of the portfolio, defining targets and monitoring achievements, driving growth opportunities so that the program increases the quality of customer service and reduces costs.

What the Candidate will bring:

  • Experience in handling the complexity of delivering programs that span across a large number of teams and countries and coordinating a virtual team across multiple Vodafone units (including Digital Networks, OSS domains, country stakeholders, VNO, VND, and BRMs etc..)
  • Ability in strategize and scout new opportunities to meet program targets and expansion
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget cycles, business case development, and program process setup
  • Holds accountability for all aspects of the program, ensuring a comprehensive oversight of program specifics, phases, team responsibilities, key milestones, and critical paths
  • Responsible for developing and managing program activities, defining targets, tracking open items, and ensuring continuous and regular governance to drive results and prevent escalation
  • Skilled in setting up and preparing executive materials, such as executive dashboards, BI dashboards, slide packs, and templates, tailored to different stakeholder levels with proper key messages and prioritization
  • Capable to chair and attend executive meetings, interact with functions Heads Of up to CNOs level, fluent in English and during CET/GMT working hours
  • Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred (or equivalent in a related field) with experience
