About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Developer to join our IDM integration team. The individual will work on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c PS3, Oracle Access Manager, and related technologies to design, develop, and implement identity and access management solutions. This role involves creating custom connectors, workflows, and integrations to support secure and efficient identity provisioning across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Develop custom adapters, process tasks, and connectors for OIM 12c PS3.
• Configure and implement event handlers, schedulers, and plugins.
• Design and develop process definitions, forms, and email notification resolvers.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure smooth handovers between development and BAU support.
• Gather requirements and deliver development packages within agreed timelines and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Who you are

Education: Graduate (Engineering preferred).Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in OIM 12c PS3 development (custom adapters, schedulers, connectors).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Access Manager.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and scripting for Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with WebLogic Server and SOA composite deployments.

Ability to work collaboratively with onsite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
