About this Role

We are seeking an Integration Specialist to support, maintain, and optimise multi‑tier clustered Fusion Middleware applications hosted on Unix platforms. The individual will manage deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, and end‑to‑end monitoring across WebLogic, OSB, SOA/AIA, ODI, and associated systems. This role requires strong knowledge of ITIL processes, incident and change management, technical troubleshooting, and collaborative engagement with cross‑functional teams in a client‑facing environment.

What you will do

Deploy applications across clustered environments using Jenkins for all non‑production and production platforms.Maintain platform stability, scalability, and availability within highly concurrent and distributed environments.Troubleshoot deployment issues and full transaction flows while collaborating closely with development teams.Provide clear technical assessments and documentation for all Integration Domain Services artefacts.Perform capacity planning, maintain risk registers, track system performance indicators, and propose optimisation measures.Conduct performance tuning, third‑party integrations, log analysis, and database configuration including JDBC/JMS setup.Support high‑availability and load‑balancing strategies.Work extensively with Unix commands, shell scripting, and web servers (e.g., OHS).Manage certificates, XSLT/XQuery transformations, BPEL, Mediator, and proxy services.Support CI/CD, DevOps tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube), and lifecycle management of WebLogic clusters.Troubleshoot SOA, OSB, and ODI transaction issues and support BRM, OSM, Siebel, and other RODOD‑paired applications.Engage in problem resolution, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with multiple support teams.Participate in change, release, deployment, and transformation activities.Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, runbooks, and deployment plans.Provide on‑call support and work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.Continuously drive process improvements, risk mitigation, resource optimisation, and service enhancement initiatives.

Who you are

3-5 years’ experience in application deployment and maintenance across WebLogic, OSB, SOA/AIA, ODI, SQL/PLSQL, Java, and Unix/Shell scripting.Strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as Remedy or Jira.Hands‑on experience with Oracle RODOD implementation and an understanding of FMW‑paired applications (e.g., OSM, Siebel, BRM).Proficient in WebLogic installation, configuration, upgrades, clusters, node manager, JDBC, JMS, and adapters.Skilled in performance tuning, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and multi‑team coordination.Knowledgeable in Oracle DB operations, SQL*Plus, and listener troubleshooting.Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps environments.Effective communicator with the ability to perform under pressure in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.Flexible to work shifts and provide on‑call support when required.
