Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

• Plan and implement the mobile internet network & Roaming network in alignment with Vodafone Group guidelines and industry best practices.
• Responsible for planning of all services connected to the network, as well as the modernization of legacy network nodes.
• Validate and review configuration changes to ensure seamless implementation with minimal impact on network services.
• Review network designs, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes.
• Manage network configuration and capacity planning based on traffic trends and service forecasts.
• Handle all the needed software updates and maintain network free of any vulnerabilities

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IP networking.
• CCNP ENCOR certification is highly recommended.
• Proven experience with IP design for telecom nodes.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Routing protocols, MPLS, Traffic Engineering (TE), QoS
• Hands on juniper Routers Cisco routers and switches
• Network programming/scripting skills are a strong advantage.
