What you’ll do

About us:
Vodafone IoT is a global leader in Managed IoT connectivity, driving innovation to create a smarter and more connected world. Our team delivers cutting-edge technology and services that empower businesses across industries.

Role purpose:
The Field Marketing Intern will support the execution of Vodafone IoT’s regional marketing plan in Italy. This role focuses on delivering impactful local marketing initiatives that increase awareness and drive demand for IoT solutions across priority market segments.

Key accountabilities:
• Assist in implementing the regional marketing strategy aligned with global IoT objectives.
• Support demand generation activities to grow the sales pipeline and customer engagement.
• Coordinate local events, campaigns, and promotional activities with internal teams.
• Help prepare marketing content and tools for sales and business development teams.
• Identify local success stories for PR and collaborate with global/local PR teams for execution.

Key performance indicators:
• Event & Campaign Execution: successfully deliver planned local marketing events and campaigns on time and within budget.
• Lead Generation Contribution: support activities that generate a minimum of agreed qualified leads for the IoT sales pipeline.
• Content & Asset Delivery: produce or localize at least 4 marketing assets per month (e.g., presentations, social posts, case studies) aligned with Vodafone IoT brand guidelines.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Education : currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Business, or related degree program.
• Skills: good communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French a plus
• Mindset: Proactive, and eager to learn about IoT and B2B marketing.
