About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Global HR SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to join our Group HR Operations team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and modifying various types of SuccessFactors reports, including Table, Canvas, Dashboards, and Story reports. You will work closely with global HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into insightful data visualisations and reports. A strong grasp of HR processes across modules such as Time & Attendance, Employee Central, Talent & Succession, Performance & Development, and Recruitment is essential.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain SuccessFactors reports including Table, Canvas, Dashboards, and Story reports.
  • Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to understand reporting needs and prioritise delivery across geographies.
  • Translate business requirements into efficient and insightful dashboards using tools such as SuccessFactors Report Centre Story, Power BI, Power Apps, and Qlik Sense.
  • Apply Agile/Safe Agile methodologies to deliver reporting solutions within Program Increments.
  • Consolidate and process large datasets using advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Build and manage reports across modules including Recruitment (RCM), Time & Attendance (T&A), Performance & Development (PD), and Annual HR reports.
  • Support data scheduling, distribution, and stakeholder queries related to SuccessFactors reporting.

Who you are

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years focused on SuccessFactors Reporting.
  • Proficient in designing and delivering reports across various SuccessFactors modules in a global enterprise environment.
  • Experienced in Agile/Safe Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Skilled in Excel for data consolidation and analysis.
  • Familiar with SAP Analytics Cloud and Qlik Sense (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills to engage with global stakeholders and address reporting queries effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
