About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow professional with deep expertise across development, administration, integrations, and Service Portal. The ideal individual will have a strong command of scripting, hands-on exposure to complex implementations, and the ability to lead and guide teams. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and continuously enhancing platform capability while maintaining best practices and compliance.

What you will do

• Lead end‑to‑end development of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and customise ServiceNow Service Portals with comprehensive utilisation of platform features.
• Implement and manage complex third‑party integrations using web services and plugins.
• Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure strong alignment between business logic and developed solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance through adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols.
• Create and maintain documentation for development, governance, and compliance purposes.
• Deliver training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies.
• Stay informed of latest ServiceNow enhancements and propose continuous improvements.

Who you are

• A ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
• Skilled in advanced ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal development.
• Proficient in both client‑side and server‑side scripting, including JavaScript.
• Experienced with SCDL workflows.
• Adept in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• A clear communicator with excellent time management capabilities.
• Experienced in guiding or leading teams.
• Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification and Micro Certification in Service Portal.
