About this Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Dev QA professional to support our ServiceNow implementation and maintenance projects. This role involves designing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts, executing functional and regression testing, and ensuring platform stability. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and provide sign-off on system integration testing. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Agile methodology, and scripting is essential.

What you will do

  • Design and execute test plans for ServiceNow modules and custom applications, including functional and regression testing.
  • Develop and maintain ATF scripts to automate testing procedures for ServiceNow applications and customisations.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design comprehensive test cases ensuring full coverage.
  • Execute test suites, document defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
  • Manage test data and maintain accuracy for various testing scenarios.
  • Continuously improve ATF scripts and test cases for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation for test cases and results for compliance and future reference.
  • Ensure ServiceNow configurations and customisations adhere to best practices and security standards.
  • Share knowledge and provide training on ATF scripting and testing best practices.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow developments and automation technologies to enhance testing methodologies.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Tester with strong QA expertise.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in writing ATF scripts in ServiceNow.
  • Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, workflows, and scripting (Client and Server-side).
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and API testing.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and excellent time management.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification and ATF micro-certification.
