What you’ll do:
As a Legal Counsel, you will actively contribute to the legal support of business initiatives and ensure compliance within the highly regulated telecommunications industry. Role has a strong focus on litigation matters of the Company, including representation before competent courts, coordination with external counsels and reporting, public procurement, and commercial agreements.
• Assist in litigation coordination and reporting, represent the company before courts, support the coordination of external legal counsels, and appear before courts and regulatory bodies when necessary
• Provide legal support in public procurement and public bids
• Provide legal guidance, support, and ensure compliance across various departments, including but not limited to Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, advising stakeholders on regulatory changes and industry trends
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of supplier, distribution, franchise, retail and wholesale agreements as well as other legal documents.
Who you are
Who you are:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited law school (Master’s degree is considered a plus)
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including experience in litigation (civil, criminal and administrative) and drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry (e.g. licensing, 360 compliance) and in public procurement contracts is considered a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Member of Greek Bar Association
