About this Role

We are seeking an Application Architect to define and guide the application architecture across VOIS, ensuring a consistent, secure and scalable landscape that supports organisational growth. The individual will shape architecture standards, review solution designs, and collaborate across global teams to ensure alignment with VOIS and wider Vodafone frameworks

What you will do

Define and maintain the VOIS-wide application architecture and ensure it is adopted across business and technology stakeholders.Review and approve technical solution designs, ensuring they meet defined architectural guidelines and security standards.Support early-stage projects by evaluating proposed solutions, estimating effort and guiding implementation approaches.Ensure full alignment between application, infrastructure, network and Vodafone Group architecture standards.Own and manage the Application Lifecycle Management tool, ensuring accurate records of all applications in use across VOIS.

Who you are

• Experienced in developing reference architecture models for large-scale global IT organisations.
• Skilled in contact centre application infrastructure, including Windows, UNIX, virtualisation, cloud containers, VDI, and Citrix environments.
• Knowledgeable in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, and eTOM.
• Proven in designing application infrastructure solutions for complex IT programmes.
• Experienced in working within global communication service providers or large IT organisations.
• Hold a relevant technical degree with 4+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture.
