About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Billing specialist to act as IT Product Owner for SD and Intercompany Billing within Vodafone’s S/4HANA Digital Core (EVO). The role focuses on consulting the business, safeguarding Vodafone standards, and shaping high-quality billing solutions across global markets, working closely with business stakeholders, global process owners, and system integrators.

What you will do

  • Lead and drive fit-gap analysis across markets, identifying deviations from the core business model and proposing pragmatic, standard-aligned solutions.
  • Act as the primary SD Billing product owner across analyse, design, build, test, and go-live phases of large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Ensure system integrators clearly understand business requirements and deliver detailed, high-quality solution designs aligned to Vodafone governance and SAP methodologies.
  • Review functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and solution designs within agreed service levels, ensuring end-to-end billing integrity.
  • Support UAT preparation and execution, perform pre-UAT quality inspections, and proactively identify defects and usability risks.
  • Provide business-facing support during go-live and post–go-live phases, acting as the key point of contact for billing-related issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Who you are

  • A confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders, translate complex business needs into system solutions, and challenge delivery partners constructively.
  • An experienced SAP professional with deep, end-to-end knowledge of SD Billing across S/4HANA and related cloud solutions such as Ariba and Fieldglass.
  • Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures within a global operating model.
  • Experienced in applying SAP delivery methodologies, with exposure to agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and judgement in complex, high-impact transformation environments.
