What you’ll do

• You will coordinate the budget planning process for IT initiatives, ensuring their alignment with the organization’s strategic directions.
• You will monitor budget execution and the progress of IT projects, providing decision support through complex analyses and relevant reports.
• You will facilitate the efficient allocation of resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain performance measurements and propose optimizations.
• You will coordinate senior representatives from client departments in building the IT budget, both for investments and operations.
• You will support governance and administrative actions within the IT department, contributing to the maintenance of high-quality standards.
• You will identify risks and opportunities in the area of budget planning and execution, actively contributing to strategic leadership decisions.
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams to obtain complex measurements, analyzing the performance and costs of IT processes to support strategic decision-making.

Who you are

You hold a university degree and have solid experience in process management, project management, and budget planning.
You understand business objectives and can translate them into relevant financial and technical requirements.
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
You are results-oriented and possess strong skills in analysis, planning, negotiation, and team coordination.
You have experience in financial reporting, cost control, and process optimization.
You hold certifications such as ISTQB, ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or Agile – these are considered an advantage.
