What you’ll do
- Enhance existing products
- Identify customers needs, problems and trends as well as business and stakeholders’ requirements and translate them into development requests
- Implement the product roadmap and Latest technology awareness
- Own the basic deployments on the different environments.
- Own the deployment of stories and EPICs.
- Marketing & Communications
- Validate and enhance products channels.
- Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product collateral including template legal agreements, pricing manuals and customer facing documentation
Participate in the development of IoT Connectivity management platform, to meet the needs of organizations (FinTech’s, Mobile Money Operators, Microfinance Institutions,
- Banks, couriers, retail… etc.) in our target market
Who you are
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills along with the ability to interrelate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Developing and launching digital and mobile products experience is a plus
- Agile methodologies awareness and familiarly with Agile tools is a plus
- Commercial awareness.
Project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Good Agile knowledge.
- 2-5 years of experience in product development, product management, or Business Analysis
- Very good analytical abilities; strong bias towards data-based decision making
