About this Role

We are seeking an Inventory Operations Specialist to enhance inventory-related capabilities and ensure cost efficiency across Vodafone’s commercial operations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, driving process improvements, and supporting system changes to optimise inventory management and operational performance.

What you will do

• Identify and deliver opportunities for improvement in inventory-related processes and capabilities.
• Manage VCS cost of sale, ensuring accurate status and margin tracking for each circuit.
• Engage business stakeholders to assess the impact of process or system changes on their teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert and change champion during design, development, UAT, and deployment phases.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Measure adoption against agreed success criteria and report progress to stakeholders in line with the adoption plan.

Who you are

• Experienced in the Telecom domain with strong knowledge of inventory and order management processes.
• Skilled in Excel; certifications in SQL and GCP are desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with Vodafone Way values: Speed, Simplicity, Trust, Innovation, Customer Obsession, and Ambition.
