Job Description
Your day to day:
- Ensure and monitor compliance with architectural and development guidelines for enterprise applications.
- Manage and optimize Oracle databases, ensuring stability and high performance.
- Work with GitHub, GWT, and Angular frameworks, handling both source control and development standards.
- Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and ensure efficient system operations.
- Handle incident and crisis management, finding quick and effective solutions under pressure.
- Provide technical advice to project managers and IT stakeholders, including escalation and 3rd-level problem management.

- Maintain compliance with IT standards, ensuring that solutions meet architectural and business requirements.
- Act as a bridge between development teams and IT partners, coordinating technical solutions up to the executive level.
- Drive performance improvements by analyzing system behavior and implementing optimizations.
- Play a key role in escalation management and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.

Must-Have:
- Strong experience with GitHub, Oracle databases.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Oracle databases.
- Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and optimization.
- Experience in crisis management and incident resolution.
Nice-to-Have:
- Project management skills to support releases and coordinate between teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and presenting solutions.
- Frameworks like GWT and Angular.
