ICT SME Sales Supervisor (Thessaloniki)

What you’ll do

As a SME IT Sales Supervisor you will be reporting to SME Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of IT Account Managers to achieve targets and business growth objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue, expanding the customer base and enhancing the company's market presence through Edge-Technology services.

Your key accountabilities and decision ownership :
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
• Placing the targets and the priorities for his/her team and driving weekly/monthly plan of action
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry developments
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT products and services
• Educate the IT team and customers on product features and benefits.
• Influence internal stakeholders with regards the SME portfolio & GTM plan by sharing views & insights from Market
• Develop new business opportunities with prospect customers by introducing Vodafone’s Business ICT and IoT solutions.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree. Master Degree would be considered as a plus
• Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
• A total of 3 years previous work experience in Sales depts (either Retail or Business)
• Working knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Communicating with impact
• People management skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and influencing skills.
• Excellent consulting skills on Market’s latest IT Services portfolio
• Excellent presentation and negotiations skills
