Role Profile

  • Handle enterprise TT complaints, Mega indoor , micro sites & micro streel levels across regions
  • Act on customer demands/needs and perform flexibility to handle customers during site survey with exceeding customers’ expectations.
  • Perform 2G – 3G - 4G -5G indoor DT measurements with operators benchmarking.
  • Do full survey assessment for indoor venues :
  • Compliant location (Full Address - Lat. & Long.)
  • Venue overview (Buildings – Floors – paths -…..)
  • Installed solution details (Type, photos, exiting antennas on the layout ) whether it belongs to VF or other operators.
  • Do Turn-on-measurements Vs turn-off-measurements for existing indoor solutions.
  • Propose Antenna locations for needed indoor solution.
  • Ensure delivering root causes and major problems affecting the venues and customer dissatisfaction.
  • Select the needed right solution, Assess the solution cost , calculate the needed BC.
  • Propose indoor dedicated solution (Repeaters/Micros) connectivity and ensured performance acceptance across all regions.
  • Provide the indoor proposed solution to be handled by IBS team afterwards.
  • Perform all indoor sites connectivity
  • Monitor all indoor sites Radio KPIs after site activation to ensure best quality till site handover
  • Provide new initiatives and enhancements for current process to enhance performance, architecture and gaps causing non achieving the targets and bad customer experience
  • Create new survey reports and enhance the existing ones to equip and empower our business stakeholders with the indoor sites progress and any obstacles for a better business continuity and a daily monitoring on the generated reports and check the failure reasons if any showed up

Qualifications and Competencies

  • BSC of Engineering
  • Post graduate studies is an advantage but not a must (Masters, PHD of Engineering and/or MBA
  • Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic market environment
  • Full understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers’ expectations

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • BSC of Engineering degree in electronics & communication
  • with Minimum of 5 years experience in Mobile Business (GSM, UMTS, LTE ) indoor Design & optimization
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of computers / Microsoft office / IBWAVE / Autocad / ATOL
  • Very Good command of English language with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • The ability to work in a well-organized manner.
  • Excellent experience in the indoor design
  • Self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Problem solving and decision-making.
  • Creative thinking and excellent planner for results.
  • Excellent indoor technical experience
  • PMP is a preferred.
  • Ability to survey indoor sites E2E
