About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic transformation leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of the VOIS HR Products & Services transformation agenda. This role is central to modernising the HR operating model and enabling HR to become a proactive, insight-led partner to the business. You will lead strategic programmes, oversee technology transitions, and champion digital enablement, ensuring measurable business outcomes and enhanced employee experience.

What you’ll do

  • Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation programmes aligned with the 5-year HR roadmap.
  • Establish and lead robust programme governance, managing risks, timelines, and interdependencies across workstreams.
  • Act as the strategic interface between HR Services, IT, and senior HR leadership to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Drive delivery of major initiatives including SAP agreement deliverables, EIC sunset and ESM implementation, WalkMe, People Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics.
  • Oversee technology migration, data integration, and interoperability across HR systems, ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Champion agile ways of working and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead enterprise-wide change management and communication strategies to support adoption of new HR products and services.
  • Track and report on benefits realisation, ensuring measurable business value from HR technology investments.

Who You Are

  • Experienced professional with 15–20 years in HR Services, HR Transformation, HRIT, or large-scale enterprise transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading global HR technology programmes across multiple regions.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle, and digital adoption tools like WalkMe.
  • Strong background in technology migration, data integration, and platform rationalisation in complex multi-market environments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and communications, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver impact in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Commercially aware, with strategic thinking and an innovation mindset.
