About this Role

We are seeking a Cyber Policy Compliance Specialist to lead and manage lifecycle security controls across infrastructure, applications, and middleware. This role is critical in ensuring full compliance with Vodafone’s Security Baseline and ITGC/SOX controls. The individual will act as the focal point for internal and external audits, drive remediation efforts, and maintain compliance reporting. The role requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across teams and markets.

What you will do

  • Identify and report vulnerabilities and hardening gaps in production and pre-production systems.
  • Drive full compliance across lifecycle security controls including patching, hardening, and vulnerability management.
  • Maintain oversight of remediation activities and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments to validate current compliance levels.
  • Engage with application and service owners to address security risks and gaps.
  • Collaborate with Local Market teams and Heads of Cyber Security to align on compliance goals.
  • Support internal and external audits with structured evidence and reporting.

Who you are

  • Technically proficient across IT infrastructure, cloud, and middleware environments.
  • Experienced in IT governance and service management (ITIL).
  • Skilled in project coordination and compliance reporting (BI/data analysis).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledgeable in Wintel, UNIX/Linux, and middleware platforms.
  • Familiar with on-premise and cloud technologies.
  • Holds certifications/training in ITIL Service Management, CISSP, CCSK, CISA, CISM, ISO27001.
