Der agile Release Train des Customer Data Hubs (CDH) verantwortet die Entwicklung und den Betrieb zur Bereitstellung konvergenter Kundendaten in Echtzeit aus allen IT-Stacks. Als Gruppenleiter:in übernimmst du die Verantwortung für alle Rollen am Standort Düsseldorf, die den Betrieb und das Deployment der CDH-Applikationen sicherstellen. In deiner agilen Rolle als Product Owner für das Team „Deployments and Initial Load“ steuerst und koordinierst du die Inbetriebnahme unternehmenskritischer Projekte, die direkten Einfluss auf die digitale Transformation und den Geschäftserfolg von Vodafone haben.

Was Dich erwartet:

• Du maximierst in deiner agilen Rolle als Product Owner für das Team „Deployments and Initial Load“ den Wert, den das Team liefert, indem du die Produktvision und das Backlog klar definierst, priorisierst und mit den Unternehmenszielen in Einklang bringst.
• Du verantwortest in deiner Linienfunktion als Gruppenleiter „CDH DevOps“ die disziplinarische Führung aller Rollen am Standort Düsseldorf, die den Betrieb und das Deployment der CDH-Applikationen sicherstellen und entwickelst deine Mitarbeiter kontinuierlich weiter.
• Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für Stakeholder:innen, vertrittst die Interessen der Kund:innen und des Business und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation der Produktvision, Roadmap und Release-Pläne.
• Du steuerst und koordinierst die Inbetriebnahme unternehmenskritischer Projekte, die direkten Einfluss auf die digitale Transformation und den Geschäftserfolg von Vodafone haben.
• Du förderst kontinuierliche Verbesserung, sammelst Feedback, misst Ergebnisse und entwickelst Prozesse, Produkte und Mitarbeiter stetig weiter.
• Du nimmst aktiv an PI Plannings, System Demos und Inspect & Adapt-Workshops teil und stellst die kontinuierliche Auslieferung hochwertiger, wertvoller Produktinkremente sicher.

Was Dich auszeichnet:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL, Marketing).
• Mindestens 5–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Product Owner in einem SAFe-Agile-Umfeld und in der disziplinarischen Führung von DevOps-Teams.
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung cross-funktionaler, verteilter und multikultureller Teams sowie in komplexen Reporting-Linien.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien (insb. AWS), Systemintegration und datengetriebenen Produkten
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in agilen und Lean-Prinzipien, insbesondere in PI Planning, Backlog-Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
• Starke Service- und Kundenorientierung, Kommunikations-; Moderations- und Präsentationsstärke, Coaching und Mentoring Erfahrungen sowie exzellentes Stakeholdermanagement.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.

The agile Release Train of the Customer Data Hub (CDH) is responsible for development and operations to provide convergent customer data in real time from all IT stacks. We rely on innovative technologies such as K2View Fabric, Kafka, and cloud-native architectures in AWS. With millions of API calls and event triggers per month, we support the digital interactions of our Vodafone customers.

As Group Lead, you take responsibility for all roles at the Düsseldorf location that ensure the operation and deployment of CDH applications. In your agile role as Product Owner for the “Deployments and Initial Load” team, you manage and coordinate the commissioning of business-critical projects that have a direct impact on Vodafone’s digital transformation and business success.

What to expect:

• In your agile role as Product Owner for the “Deployments and Initial Load” team, you maximize the value delivered by the team by clearly defining, prioritizing, and aligning the product vision and backlog with business goals.
• In your line function as Group Lead “CDH DevOps,” you are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of all roles at the Düsseldorf location that ensure the operation and deployment of CDH applications and continuously develop your employees.
• You act as the central interface for stakeholders, represent the interests of customers and the business, and ensure clear communication of the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
• You manage and coordinate the commissioning of business-critical projects that have a direct impact on Vodafone’s digital transformation and business success.
• You promote continuous improvement, collect feedback, measure results, and continuously develop processes, products, and employees.
• You actively participate in PI Plannings, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops and ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality, valuable product increments.

What sets you apart:

• Successfully completed (technical) university degree in a relevant field (e.g., (business) informatics, business administration, marketing).
• At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment and in the disciplinary leadership of DevOps teams.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional, distributed, and multicultural teams as well as in complex reporting lines.
• Solid knowledge of cloud technologies (especially AWS), system integration, and data-driven products.
• Extensive knowledge of agile and lean principles, especially in PI Planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong service and customer orientation, communication, moderation, and presentation skills, coaching and mentoring experience, as well as excellent stakeholder management.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR).

This position can be performed full-time or near full-time (at least 30 hours).
