Growth Marketing Associate Manager - Corporate

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Storytelling with data: strong skills in articulating the benefit or requirement associated with a corporate base management strategy: drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to a business audience.

• Own the reasonability area revenue streams.

• Build, develop and track automated reporting and performance metrics that support better offers and business decisions mainly for revenue growth and Corp Base management.

• Discover insights that will guide strategic decisions.

• Make business analysis with finance and other parties, ensure revenue and churn impacts and cooperate with relevant parties.

• Responsible for Corp segment churn, migration ARPU, retention profitability for all Vodafone offers

• Increase customer lifetime through seamless care projects thru customer lifecycle

• Lead digital transformation to build up an always-on marketing structure through data-driven and contextual approach

• Analyze and identify churn drivers by interpreting insights from models, exit surveys, disconnection trends, customer activity, debt collection performance, customer complaints, NPS and incorporate all into action plan

• Plan & execute e2e digitalization & automation of CVM actions

• Develop & performs action plan and related activities (retention, upsell, x-sell) for the delivery of churn & disconnection targets

• Follow up current best practices in CRM area & VF group opcos

• Track Direct Sales channel performance for all product domains. (Mobile , fixed, IoT services)

• Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and clear communication of insights and recommendations.

• Track closely Corp Segment VBU Revenues and come up with new initiatives to keep actuals and targets in line.

• Tracking commercial strategy of competitors and coming up with proposals best fitting to our own strategy.

• Preparing Recommendations to get top management approvals on any new proposition/change.

• Carry out post-evaluation of new launches and concepts.

• Work closely with related teams to assess the commercial impact of actions taken.

• Self-motivating and able to work under minimal supervision,

• Provides defined and clear stakeholder engagement

• Gives professional guidance to team members and shares knowledge. Drives cross-functional learning reviews, identifies administrative/organizational tasks for audit and tracking purposes.

Who you are

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Economics, MIS ,statistics master degree is a plus

• New graduated or max 3-4 years of experience especially in Marketing or Finance or Product departments

• Good understanding of business modelling, analysis and reporting.

• Experience with business intelligence tools, MS office (Excel and Powerpoint)

• Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills

• Work under high pressure and time constraints

• Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English

• Multi-task management

• Problem solving & decision making

• Results-driven and delivery-focused

• Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing conditions

• Insights diriven and customer oriented mindset.
