Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a

German Speaking Sales Support Associate

Your role in a nutshell:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our great team. The essence of this role is to provide administrative support to the sales representatives or so called account managers and channel partners, thus enabling them to spend more time with their customers.

What you’ll do:

• Support in growing revenues for existing Vodafone Germany customers through enabling the Account Managers to spend more time with their customers by supporting them through different kind of administrative task or longer projects
• Work closely together with Vodafone Germany’s Account Managers and Enterprise Partners to ensure requests are fulfilled within the agreed SLAs and in the highest expected quality
• Build different kind of reports periodically and on demand
• Communicate regularly with all relevant internal stakeholders and the business partner of the Budapest team in both written and spoken formats

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Your German skills are close to fluent, and your English skills are at least intermediate
• If you have some support related or customer service experience, that’s great, but fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• You communicate clearly. You write well. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you're comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
• You pay close attention to the details. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, on time, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• You have good Excel Microsoft Office skills.
• You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and you don't get flustered easily. If you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it.
• You are eager to learn new things about the field of Sales and Sales Support.
