About this Role
We are seeking individuals to join a Vodafone Group Commercial team focused on delivering AI-enhanced customer service solutions across global markets. This role involves working on complex, multi-cloud technology ecosystems to design, implement, and scale generative AI solutions such as chatbots, voice bots, and agent-assist tools. You will collaborate with distributed teams to create reusable assets, improve delivery processes, and enable faster adoption of AI-driven customer experience solutions across Vodafone markets.
What you’ll do
Map technical dependencies across multiple delivery streams
Help establish AI development lifecycle practices and business-as-usual (BAU) processes for AI models
Build and maintain libraries of reusable software components and assets
Develop reusable technical roadmaps, delivery plans, and release frameworks
Collaborate with data scientists to define and document testing processes for AI models and AI-powered solutions
Create structured documentation to standardise delivery of Generative AI initiatives across markets
Work across diverse technology stacks including MS Azure, Google Cloud, AWS-based platforms, and on-premise systems
Who you are
Educated to MSc level in Computer Science or a related discipline
Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
Motivated to learn, collaborate, and contribute to deploying AI solutions at scale
Familiar with or interested in solution architecture, software development, or technical analysis
Exposure to coding practices, cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, databases, or AI development lifecycle concepts is beneficial
