About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across front-end and back-end technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications, build secure and scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and Quality Assurance professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions while supporting continuous integration, deployment, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services with databases and external platforms.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and user-focused interfaces aligned with user experience standards.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to ensure security, reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Participate in solution design sessions, technical reviews, and code quality activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver business requirements.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and production incident resolution.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse complex technical issues and implement effective solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and development guidelines.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 9 to 11 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong expertise in at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience with one or more back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, working with JSON, and implementing authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, with exposure to NoSQL technologies being advantageous.
  • Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation technologies such as Docker.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise-scale application development and support.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL tools would be advantageous.
