What you’ll do

esponsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting and operational assurance of ICT, Fixed Connectivity and IoT services for SME and Major customers. This role also acts as the person in charge of the design, implementation, migration, optimization, and ongoing support of ICT solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide senior-level support for Fixed Connectivity, IoT and Cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot complex service issues across network, application, and cloud layers
  • Monitor service performance, availability and capacity to meet SLAs
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and drive permanent corrective actions
  • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Lead and deliver Microsoft 365 tenant setups, migrations, and upgrades, including email, file, and collaboration workloads
  • Configure and manage security, compliance, and governance features (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention policies, sensitivity labels)
  • Provide technical consulting, best-practice guidance, and solution architecture for Microsoft 365 and SDN projects

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecoms or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar position within a service provider/operator or vendor
  • Microsoft and Networking Certifications are mandatory (ex. Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, CCNA, Fortinet FCP)
  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Strong background in SharePoint Online and OneDrive
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center
  • Proven ability to plan and execute migrations to Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with Fixed Connectivity services, IoT platforms and device management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
