What you’ll do

  • The purpose of this role is to be responsible on management of Level-3 Network Operation, Maintenance and Support of VFTR Network, which includes Internet Domain, Enterprise Network, Fixed Broadband, Data Center Network Services and Products in based on 7/24/365 time
  • To lead and perform L3 Operations and maintenance activities of Fixed Data Core Network. Responsible for all Level 3 Operations (integration, roll-out, acceptance, troubleshooting, configuration management, SLA/OLA management, etc) for corresponding products and services
  • Managing and organizing group staff, working with Network Planning and regarding departments.
  • Organize and manage Fixed Data Core Network Level-3 Operation processes with NOC Departments, Planning Departments, Regulation, IT and Business Departments.
  • Taking necessary preventive and corrective actions for keeping Fixed Data Core Network continuity and performance in KPIs. Interfering when needed, ensuring escalation and reporting to other departments within this scope realising works below mentioned.
  • Performing corrective works and taking necessary actions to define root causes problems in case of a defect or an interruption in network.
  • Determining and correcting of the wrong configurations within health check
  • Making necessary health care checks regularly.
  • Supporting Level-1 Team for solving alarms, events and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manage and operate Fixed Data Core Network Transformation in scope of Technology Evolution, SDN, Digitalization and AI based Applications.
  • Create and develop capacity, quality and fault report for Fixed Data Core Network systems to increase service quality.
  • All activities and work done according predefined by Fixed Data Core Network Operation with reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor processes and operational activities.
  • Manage and coordinate acceptance tests of Fixed Data Core Network equipment and deployments, identification of non-conformities and taking corrective actions
  • Definition of Vodafone requirements and ensuring development at technology level is provided by vendors
  • Taking pro-active role to manage operational process of projects executed within NOC as well as Central Planning departments.

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication / interpersonal and decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests.
  • Supply high concentration and attention.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task.
  • Graduate from Electronic, Computer&Science, Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Experience and in-depth understanding on IP and Data Center Networks
  • Have minimum 8 years of experience in Telecommunication
  • Supply high concentration and attention.
  • To have intermediate or advance level of English.
  • Have not restriction for mobility
  • Takes personal responsibility
