Key Skills

•Good conceptual understanding of Performance management tools & application operations.
•Understanding of ITIL basics.
•Understanding of virtualization concepts.
•Good understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems commands. Scripting and automation skills using languages like shell, python would be added advantage.

•Operations training certification
•Preferred to have ITIL Understanding.
•Training Certification on any language
•Only graduates/Postgraduates needs to apply

Job Roles

•Acknowledge incidents, problems and service requests & handle them with appropriate support from senior team members ensuring the SLA.
•Documentation and knowledge training: Utilizing Confluence and Jira to document learning of the knowledge training sessions & best practices for having SOPs & MOPs
•Gain operational understanding of managed solutions & data flow.
•Monitor system performance, analyse trends.
•Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and end-user to understand their needs and provide technical support & enrich their experience
