What you’ll do
Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for ERP systemsDesign, validate, and own end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and business alignmentCollaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, architects, and vendors to define and implement optimal solutionsReview and approve solution design, scope, and effort estimations provided by internal teams and external partnersCreate and maintain technical documentation (e.g., technical specifications, data models, architecture diagrams, integration plans)Support solution implementation, testing, and production deployment, ensuring successful delivery against business and operational requirementsIdentify risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure continuous improvement of systems and processesContribute to system optimization, scalability, and integration initiatives, including infrastructure sizing and performance improvementsProvide technical guidance during projects and act as a key point of coordination across cross-functional teamsSupport defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues
Who you are
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience working in complex environments and delivering large-scale IT projects
- Strong ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivery, optimization, and data quality
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Results-oriented with end-to-end ownership and ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
Technical expertise:
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, ideally in Oracle modules such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Inventory, or AME
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL) and experience working with large and complex data sets
- Experience with data platforms such as Google BigQuery and understanding of cloud data models (GCP)
- Experience with tools like Informatica PowerCenter is a plus
- Understanding of data quality, data lineage, and integration concepts
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
