Role Purpose

To provide dedicated project management to the Employer Brand and Attraction team. Responsible for the creation and delivery of industry leading employer brand content, messaging and campaigns that promote Vodafone as an Employer of choice.

As an Employer Brand and Attraction Specialist, you will report to the Employer Brand & Attraction Manager and will be joining the wider Culture and Engagement function. You’ll be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambition of becoming the #1 best place to work and attracting, retaining and engaging the best diverse talent.

Role Profile

  1. Develop, manage and deliver campaigns aligned with our Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand, varying from digital strategies, creative development, channel planning, campaign activation, website management, films, events and social media.
  2. Own and work collaboratively to create campaigns aimed at Professionals and Early Careers audiences.
  3. Be the subject matter expert on all things Employer Brand and Attraction whilst embedding and supporting our diversity and inclusion ambitions.
  4. Develop and deliver recruitment attraction plans aligned to business needs.
  5. Own and manage supplier relationships with Employer Branding & Attraction partners.
  6. Partner with the wider HR team and business community to shape employer brand & attraction best practice and high-level candidate experience.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Support multiple business areas across employer branding, attraction, technology, graduates and apprenticeships.
  • Responsible for delivery and project management of our Employer Brand & Talent attraction activation.
  • Deliver creative campaigns, including through supplier and agency relationships
  • Own careers site content and enhancements ongoing
  • Collaborate across the wider VF UK / Group resourcing teams to embed/deliver against key resourcing/talent/HR initiatives.
  • Own measurement and reporting for usage channels

Competencies and Qualifications


• Experience of delivering employer brand or marketing programmes in complex organisations.
• Experience of creating & delivering attraction strategies for organisations with multiple campaigns running at any time.
• Excellent creative skills, Ability to create and deliver attraction collateral across all channels,This will include website copy, video, still imagery, posters, and banners.
• Talent attraction expertise, including job boards, job postings, CV Database access, sourcing platforms as well as social & digital media.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and supplier management skills. Able to secure the best deal available and generating an excellent ROI.
• Ability to analyse large data sets to make data driven decisions, but still able to take calculated risks in the absence of data.


Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Marketing qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience of project management involving multiple stakeholders and projects
• Excellent communication skills
