About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for analytics and machine learning platforms. The individual will own data integration across on-premise platforms (Splunk, Cribl, Nifi) and cloud environments (GCP, AWS), ensuring robust design and compliance with enterprise standards. This role demands strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to the future reference architecture for analytics and autonomics.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to create implementation plans aligned with domain roadmaps and conduct risk assessments.
  • Analyse platform gaps, recommend solutions, and design data flow structures.
  • Develop and enforce data standards, generate Common Information Models, and map systems/interfaces.
  • Investigate transport technologies for data (stream/batch) and ensure data freshness.
  • Collect, cleanse, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Visualise data effectively to tell compelling stories aligned with business goals.

Who you are

  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing analytics and machine learning solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration design patterns and compliance/security standards.
  • Solid understanding of cloud services (GCP, AWS) and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, BPM, and emerging data technologies (NoSQL, Big Data, predictive analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years’ experience in similar roles with large-scale platforms.
    • Experience in international, distributed teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
