About this Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will support DLM customers within Vodafone Enterprise by delivering clear, reliable and actionable analysis. The individual will maintain accurate inventory data, provide KPI reporting, perform customer‑specific reviews, and identify issues that may affect service performance or revenue. This role requires strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

What you will do

  • Gather, cleanse and consolidate data from various sources to present an accurate view of the current inventory status.
  • Produce weekly asset reports detailing managed asset status and highlighting pending requests.
  • Perform in‑depth analysis to detect process failures and notify relevant teams for timely resolution.
  • Lead weekly inventory review sessions with customers and internal partners, including RAG status reporting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly NMR conformance and disconnection reports.
  • Manage ad‑hoc customer requests, validate upgrade and bulk requests, and respond promptly to data or reporting enquiries.

Who you are

  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving and presentation skills.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple activities within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledgeable in customer information and data management systems, with an ability to link technical insights to business impact.
  • Effective communicator in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Experienced in Python and capable of creating dashboards using Power BI.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis and at least 6 years in a broader business context.
  • Experienced in virtual working environments, quality management, and process management.
  • Capable of preparing clear technical documentation, including standards, procedures and operational guides.
  • Able to use data analysis tools to derive insights that support informed decision‑making.
